Our partners operate as independent businesses. While LuvSeas Tours coordinates logistics and quality standards, we do not own or control their operations, personnel, or equipment.

2. Performance & Conduct
Each vendor or partner is solely responsible for their own performance, safety compliance, and customer service. We carefully select and collaborate with partners committed to professionalism and guest care, but cannot guarantee their actions beyond reasonable oversight.

3. Liability
LuvSeas Tours shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, damage, delay, or service failure arising from the actions or omissions of independent vendors or third-party providers, including transportation, lodging, or adventure services.

4. Disputes & Resolutions
Any disputes regarding services provided by independent vendors should be directed to the vendor involved. LuvSeas Tours will assist, where possible, in facilitating communication or resolution between guests and vendors.

We continuously review and evaluate our partners to maintain high standards of safety, authenticity, and guest satisfaction.
