Terms and Conditions

1. Bookings & Payments
All bookings require a deposit to confirm your spot. The remaining balance must be paid before the tour begins.

2. Cancellations
Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance qualify for a credit or partial refund. No-shows or late cancellations may forfeit deposits.

3. Safety & Responsibility
Guests participate at their own risk. LuvSeas Tours prioritizes safety but is not liable for injuries, loss, or damages beyond our control.

4. Weather Policy
Tours may be rescheduled due to severe weather or unsafe conditions. If rescheduling isn’t possible, guests will receive a credit or refund.

5. Photography & Media
By joining a LuvSeas tour, you consent to photography and video recording for promotional use unless you notify us otherwise in writing.

6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Jamaica.
