By booking and participating in any LuvSeas Tours experience, guests acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Personal Responsibility
Guests participate at their own risk and are responsible for ensuring they are physically and mentally fit for the chosen tour or activity.

2. Medical Conditions
Guests with medical conditions, allergies, mobility limitations, or other special needs must disclose these at the time of booking so appropriate arrangements can be considered. LuvSeas Tours reserves the right to decline participation in any activity that may pose a health or safety risk.

3. Health & Safety Standards
LuvSeas Tours and its partners follow standard local health and safety guidelines. However, participation in outdoor, marine, or adventure activities carries inherent risks including but not limited to slips, falls, insect bites, motion sickness, or minor injuries.

4. Emergency Medical Care
In case of injury or illness during a tour, reasonable efforts will be made to provide or arrange medical assistance. All related costs, including medical care and transport, are the guest’s responsibility.

5. Assumption of Risk
By confirming a booking, guests voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation and agree to release LuvSeas Tours, its guides, drivers, captains, and affiliates from liability for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur.
